Move volume without losing the margin
Distribution is a business of price tiers, credit and allocation. SaleSprint gives every customer the right price automatically, stops the order that breaks their credit limit, and ships it from the warehouse that can actually fill it.
What generic POS software gets wrong here
- ✕Every customer is on a different price. When those prices live in a salesperson's head, the same carton leaves at four different figures in one week and nobody can tell which of them was intended.
- ✕The order that ruins the month is the one taken from a customer who was already over their limit. If the credit check happens at invoicing rather than at order entry, the goods have already gone.
- ✕Two warehouses, one order, and neither has the full quantity. Software that only knows one stock pool either promises what cannot ship or splits it manually into an invoice nobody can reconcile.
- ✕Supplier invoices arrive weeks after the goods. Without matching the purchase order, the goods received note and the invoice line by line, short deliveries get paid for in full.
Built for the way you actually operate
Every one of these is a real screen in SaleSprint — not a request form or a “coming soon” tile.
Tiered & Contract Pricing
Set price tiers by customer group, quantity break or specific customer contract. The right price is applied at order entry, and a floor price stops anyone selling under it without approval.
Credit Limits with an Approval Gate
Each customer carries a limit and an ageing profile. An order that breaches it stops for approval before the stock is committed, not after the truck has left.
Multi-Warehouse Allocation
See availability across every depot, allocate a line to the warehouse that can fill it, and move stock between them with transfers that track goods while they are in transit.
Three-Way Match
Purchase order, goods received note and supplier invoice are matched line by line with tolerances you set. Mismatches queue for review instead of quietly becoming a payment.
Van Sales & Route Delivery
Load a vehicle as its own stock location, sell and collect on the route from a phone that works with no signal, and reconcile stock and cash when the van comes back in.
B2B Documents End to End
Quotation, sales order, picking, delivery note, invoice and credit note as linked documents, each exportable to PDF or Excel and sendable by WhatsApp or email from the record.
How a day runs
Take the order
Price tiers apply themselves, availability shows across depots, and the credit check runs before the order is confirmed.
Allocate and pick
Lines are allocated to warehouses, picked against a picking list, and turned into a delivery note with the batches that actually went out.
Deliver and invoice
Deliver from a depot or straight off the van. The invoice follows the delivery, and part-deliveries leave the balance open rather than closing the order.
Collect and replenish
Chase the ageing book with reminders, reconcile van stock and cash, then reorder from movement reports and match the supplier invoice when it arrives.
Everything included
Typical fit
The credit gate is the whole thing for us. The order simply will not go through, so nobody has to be the bad guy.
Questions we get
Can our sales reps take orders on their phones?
Yes. The mobile app runs the full order flow, including the customer price tier and the credit check, and it works offline — orders captured in a market with no coverage sync as soon as the phone reconnects.
What devices work for van sales?
Any Android or iOS phone or tablet, with an optional Bluetooth thermal printer for receipts and delivery notes on the spot. The van itself is set up as a stock location, so what is on board is a real balance you reconcile against, not a guess.
We already have years of customer balances. Can we move them across?
Customers, price lists, products, opening stock and opening balances import from Excel, so you can start with your real receivables position. Most distributors run one month in parallel before switching fully.
Can different reps have different price authority?
Yes. Pricing authority, discount ceilings and the ability to override a floor price are permissions. A rep can be allowed to discount to a limit, with anything beyond it routed to a manager for approval, and every override is recorded.
How do multiple depots report to head office?
Each depot holds its own stock, till sessions and documents, while head office sees consolidated sales, stock value, receivables and margin. Permissions are location-scoped, so a depot manager sees their depot and nothing more.
